  I purchased a condo in downtown Toronto last November with the help of ABDUL WAHID and could not ask for better. ABDUL was patient and brought me to visit many condos and he gave me good advice what to look when purchasing condos and pointed me to the most desirable areas. He was never pushy and he made as if he was purchasing the condo for himself. Some condos I visited, without me saying anything he would just say let's go and visit the other one as he knew the layout or condition was not suitable for my needs. His patience was the most admirable. He is very cool and would bring me to visit any condo I wanted. He was always available . When I finally zeroed in the condo I wanted to purchase I was amazed as how he used his real estate experience to play the hard ball with the other agent and ended up securing a price that was well below that was listed. I was willing to pay few thousands more for this condo as it was in a very desirable location and it was in a very good condition. But ABDUL played his magic and got it for a price which I did not think would be possible. I would highly recommend ABDUL WAHID for all your real estate needs. You will be very pleased.
