  Deception, lies, bad quality…comes to mind. The couple sold us a bad product, and then didn’t even bother to remediate the situation. After multiple emails and phone calls with Kumar led to no results. The hardwood they sold us is cracking, its easily scratches, is uneven and looks ugly. Do not deal with them as they sound very nice till they get your money. Pay little bit extra somewhere else but at least you will have a better product and service.
