  After searching on-line for a showroom where I could see a larger selection of bathtubs, I found Bath Emporium. I was very impressed the with the extent of their selection, the cleanliness of the showroom and the overall customer experience. Prince was extremely patient and helpful in explaining the different features of the bathtubs and faucets and truly listened to what I was looking for. He was able to provide competitive pricing and efficient follow-up for a quick delivery. I would highly recommend Bath Emporium if you are beginning a bathroom renovation.

  The sales lied to us before the Christmas that the shower parts will be right ready after new year to pick up. But when we picked up after new year, he said the parts needs to be back order and take another 3-4 weeks targeting end of January. Such a lie, and the thing is he gave us the rough-ins and they were installed in the wall already. There is no way to use other replacements at this stage and the sales used this cheating way to get the order. I am a contractor and very hard to face my customer. I will not come back to this lie shop any more.
