  Previous order comes in defective IP camera and takes me hours of time to proof that the camera is defective and takes about two months to get a new camera replaced. It was unpleasant experience and recently, I have another bad experience again. Here is the case:
  
  Placed order online and received on Aug 7th while I am doing the installation on Sep 3rd shows HDD issues can't start up.
  File support ticket on Sep 3rd and purchased another set on Sep 3rd
  Waiting until Dec 17th, I have to push the ticket again
  
  Here is what I get from them, they push me to sales department instead of solving the issues they never solve in 3 months
  
  "However I understand the communication was placed 1 month after the order was completed and due glitch on the system we were unable to reply to it to point out the next step to follow on your request, in this case this inquiry must be checked directly with our Sales department since they need to asses it and process it over the phone with you."
